Certified Pre-Owned Limited Warranty
When you buy a Mazda Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle, you get an extra level of protection through our Mazda Certified Limited Powertrain Warranty. At the conclusion of the New Vehicle Powertrain Warranty, the Mazda Certified Limited Powertrain Warranty begins. This warranty covers most powertrain components for a total of 7 years, or 100,000 miles; whichever comes first from the original in-service date. The Additional Limited Warranty covers your vehicle for a total of 3 months, or 3,000 miles; whichever occurs first from the certified purchase date. See your Mazda dealer for more details.

Zero Deductible
In the event that your Mazda Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle needs mechanical repair, you won't have to get involved with a third party adjuster, your Mazda dealership will tell you right on the spot if a repair is covered. There is no deductible for covered repairs, and of course, service is available at any Mazda dealer throughout the United States and Canada.

Certification & Inspection Process
Buying a pre-owned vehicle doesn't have to mean uncertainty about what shape the car is in. With the Mazda Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle Program, enjoy peace of mind knowing your Mazda is in peak condition. Not just any previously owned Mazda can become a Mazda Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle. We reserve this designation for Mazdas that are less than five years old, have been driven fewer than 60,000 miles and have passed a rigorous inspection process performed by Mazda dealer technicians.

Vehicle History Report
You'll definitely know your history when you purchase a Mazda Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle. Mazda runs a Vehicle History Report as part of every inspection process. This report contains such invaluable information as known repair history, odometer tampering, and accident history.

Mazda's Roadside Assistance Program ensures your peace of mind on the road.
As a Mazda Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle buyer, you are automatically enrolled in Mazda’s Roadside Assistance Program for the entire duration of the certified warranty period. Mazda's Roadside Assistance covers you – and all of your family members with valid driver's licenses while driving your Certified Pre-Owned Mazda vehicle – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, throughout the United States and Canada. Complimentary Roadside Assistance services include:

Mazda now offers optional Mazda Extended Protection Plan (or MEPP) TotalCare coverage for CPO vehicles!

Our Quality Renewal Process (QRP) provides 100,000 mile coverage on every pre-owned vehicle. If the vehicle has greater than 100,000 miles, then it is covered by a 12 Month/12,000 Mile Warranty. All at no additional charge!

Satisfaction Guarantee
If for any reason in the first 30 days or 1500 miles of ownership you are not totally satisfied with your pre-owned vehicle you can trade it for another pre-owned vehicle of equal value at no charge or upgrade and pay the difference.
